The learning support teacher role includes inclusive instructional leadership, collaborative case coordination and resource management. We are responsible for supporting and co-ordinating a continuum of supports for teachers and students – universal, targeted, and intensive along with in-school learning support team members . For example, we may provide a push in support and work collaboratively with teachers to differentiate materials and create targeted activities to enhance skill building in literacy and numeracy.
