Currently fundraising with Skip the Depot. When setting up your account make sure you select Langdon School Band Program. This fundraiser will raise funds for field trips and other exciting things that enrich our band program.
Our uniform for all band students at Langdon School consists of all black clothing. If students are wearing a skirt or dress, they should have black leggings or tights as well. Uniforms must also adhere to the school dress code.
For the concert in December students may choose a festive, fancy or all black outfit. For all other performances, students must wear all black.
Jazz Band is a chance for students to challenge themselves and grow further in their musicianship through the year. Jazz band is open to any student with at least 4 months of playing experience and we meet at lunch every Tuesday and Thursday. Beginning students can join Jazz Band in January, while continuing students will start in September. Students participating in this club should bring a lunch that they can eat quickly on rehearsal days to maximize our rehearsal time. This club is free to join, and the students involved will perform at both school concerts.
